C4PO @ VIMS

The Collaboratory for Physical Oceanography (C4PO), formerly the Coastal & Polar Physical Oceanography Lab, at the Virginia Institute of Marine Science — William & Mary's Batten School are led by Dr. Donglai Gong. C4PO focuses on physical oceanographic research, ocean science education, and marine technology developments. C4PO's research areas include polar ocean dynamics, coastal ocean circulation, submarine canyons, upper ocean dynamics, and ocean turbulence.
